- 1 1/2 tsp. Hot Smoked Paprika
- 1 tsp. Ground Coriander
- 1/2 tsp. Cayenne Pepper
- 2 Tbs. Peanut Oil
- 1 Medium Onion, Chopped
- 2 Cloves Garlic, Minced
- 1/2 tsp. Kosher Salt (For Browning Meat)
- 2/3 Cup Beef Broth
- 1 lbs. Ground Sirloin
