Brunswick Stew... Good for a cold fall or winter day
- 6-8 Small Red Potatoes
- 2 Cups of chopped Onions
- 2 Stalks of chopped Celery
- 1 tbs Olive Oil
- 3 Cans Crushed Tomatoes
- 1 Cup Ketchup
- 1/2 Cup BBQ Sauce
- 1 1/2 tsp Salt (And then Add to Taste)
- 1 tsp Pepper (And then Add to Taste)
- 2 tbs Sugar
- 1 tsp Hot Sauce (Add Much More if you want it Spicy)
- 1/4 Cup Worcestershire Sauce
- 1 tbs Yellow Mustard
- 1 Bell Pepper Chopped
- 3 Cans Cream Corn
- 1 Can Black Beans
- 1 Can Lima Beans
- 1 Can Butter Beans
- 5 Pounds of Cooked Meat (Use One of the following or use a mixture of: Pork Butt, Chicken, Ground Beef, Squirrel, or Rabbit... Shred the meat that can be shredded.)

- 1 (16-ounce) can Campbell's Pork & Beans
- 1/2 cup Manwich brand sloppy-joe sauce (Heinz works well too)
- 1 1/2 tablespoon Hormel real bacon bits
- 1/2 tablespoon sugar
- 1 1/2 teaspoon molasses
- 1 teaspoon onion, minced and dried
- 1/8 teaspoon salt
- 1/8 teaspoon dry mustard
- 1/8 teaspoon white vinegar
- 1/3 teaspoon black pepper

- 16 ounces ground beef
- 2 ounces ground pork
- 1 egg
- 1 onion, diced
- Garlic salt
- Freshly ground black pepper
- Worcestershire sauce
- 1 1/2 cups panko (Japanese bread crumbs)
- 1 cup cooked rice
- 4 eggs, cooked, poached or fried
- Teriyaki sauce
- Brown gravy

1 Heat butter in a large skillet over medium-low heat
- 1 tablespoon butter or margarine
- 1 clove garlic, minced
- 1 large onion, finely chopped
- 1 (14 1/2-ounce) can peeled whole tomatoes, drained
- 1 (4-ounce) can chopped green chiles
- 1/8 teaspoon cayenne pepper
- 12 ounces shredded Cheddar cheese1 (12-ounce) bag corn chips
Snack: Jalapeño Popper Cups

Heat oven to 375°F. Separate each biscuit into 2 rounds
- 1 can (12 oz) refrigerated buttermilk biscuits
- 1 can (4.5 oz) chopped green chiles, drained
- 1/2 cup shredded Cheddar cheese (2 oz)
- 1/3 cup mayonnaise
- 2 tablespoons cooked bacon pieces
- 1 teaspoon dried minced onion
- 20 pickled jalapeño slices, drained
Salmon: 20-Minute Skillet Salmon

Heat oil in large skillet on medium-high heat
- 2 tsp. oil
- 4 salmon fillets (1 lb./500 g)
- 3/4 cup skim milk
- 125 g (1/2 of 250-g tub) PHILADELPHIA Herb & Garlic Light Cream Cheese Product
- 1/2 cup chopped cucumbers
- 2 Tbsp. chopped fresh dill

- 1 Heat oven to 350°F.
- 2 Mix all ingredients except ketchup. Spread mixture in ungreased loaf pan, 8 1/2x4 1/2x2 1/2 or 9x5x3 inches, or shape into 9x5-inch loaf in ungreased rectangular pan, 13x9x2 inches. Spread ketchup over top.
- 3 Insert meat thermometer so tip is in center of loaf. Bake uncovered 1 hour to 1 hour 15 minutes or until thermometer reads 160°F.
Snack: Avocado and cream cheese roll

Place the cream cheese between 2 sheets of parchment paper
- Ingredients:
- 1/2 1/2 1/2 lb. cream cheese (see note above), at room temperature
- 1 1 1 avocado, preferably Haas
- 2 2 2 Tbs. chopped fresh cilantro
- 1 1 1 Tbs. finely chopped white onion
- 1 1 1 serrano chili, finely chopped
- 1/4 1/4 1/4 tsp. fresh lime juice
- to salt, to taste
- 2 2 2 cups crumbled chicharrones (fried pork rinds) or 2 cups sesame seeds, toasted
- Totopos (see related recipe at left) or small crackers for serving
Green Chile Cheeseburger French Fry Casserole

1. Preheat the oven to 400 degrees
- 1 1/2 pounds extra lean ground beef
- 1/2 an onion, diced
- 1/4 teaspoon onion powder
- 1/4 teaspoon garlic powder
- 1/4 teaspoon salt
- 1/4 teaspoon fresh ground pepper
- 1 (7 ounce) can diced mild green chiles
- 1 (15 ounce) can Garacias Nacho Cheese Mexican Cheese Sauce, medium or mild (I used medium)
- 1 heaping cup shredded chipotle cheddar cheese, or cheddar cheese of your choice
- 1 pound Ore-Ida Extra Crispy Fast Food Fries
- A sprinkle of salt for fries
Dip: BLT Dip

Preheat oven to 350°F degrees
- 1 pound bacon, cooked
- 1 cup mayonnaise
- 1 cup sour cream
- 8 ounces cream cheese, softened
- 1 1/2 cups cheddar cheese
- 1 tomato, seeded and chopped
- 1/4 cup chopped green onions
- Additional green onions, cooked bacon, tomato, and lettuce for garnish, if desired
