Tuscan Grilled Chicken With Warm Gorgonzola Sauce

Preheat grill to medium-high heat (350 to 400 degrees)
- 8 boneless, skinless chicken breasts
- 1 (16-oz) box chicken broth
- 3/4 cup heavy whipping cream
- 1/3 cup crumbled Gorgonzola cheese
- 2 cloves garlic, minced
- 1 tsp ground black pepper
- 1/4 cup sun-dried tomatoes in oil, drained
- 1/4 cup capers, drained

- 3 cups diced cooked chicken
- 4 oz diced honey ham
- 4 slices baby swiss cheese
- 4 tbsp butter
- 4 tbsp flour
- 3 1/4 cups milk
- 2 tbsp lemon juice
- 2 tsp Dijon mustard
- 1 tsp kosher salt
- 1/2 tsp paprika
- 1/2 tsp pepper
