Low Carb Onion BBQ Chicken Crunch

Preheat oven to 400. Mix together the onions, cheese and pepper in a shallow dish
- 1/2 c bbq sauce
- 1 1/3 c french fried onions, crushed\
- 1/4 c Parmesan cheese, grated
- 1/2 t pepper or to taste
- 4 6oz chicken breasts boneless, skinless
Nutty Blondies

- 1 3/4 c light brown sugar
- 1 egg
- 2 egg whites
- 1 T vanilla extract
- 1 1/2 c flour
- 3 t baking powder
- 3/4 t salt

Porcupine Meatballs

In a bowl, combine the first seven ingredients
- 1/2 c uncooked long grain rice
- 1/2 c water
- 1/3 c chopped onion
- 1 t salt

Malibu Brownie Torte

- 1/2 package fudge brownie mix
- 1/3 cup water
- PAM
- 1 cup fudge topping, divided

- 3 1/2 c shredded Italian cheese blend (14oz)

- 1 can cream of chicken soup
- 1 can of cream of mushroom soup
- 8 oz sour cream
- 8 oz pkg of mushrooms sliced
- 9 uncooked lasagna noodles
- 1 c freshly shredded Parmesan cheese (4 oz)
