Ingredients
- 8 oz hot Italian turkey sausage, casings removed, or reduced fat bulk pork sausage with 1/4 t red pepper flakes
- 1 green bell pepper, chopped
- 2 cloves garlic, minced
- 1 can no salt added navy beans, rinsed, and drained
- 1 can Italian style stewed tomatoes
- 1 c fat free low sodium beef or chicken broth
- 1 t dried rosemary

Preparation
Step 1
Cook sausage,bell pepper and garlic in large saucepan over med high heat 6-8 min or until sausage is no longer pink, stirring to break up meat.
Add beans, tomatoes, broth and rosemary; bring to a simmer. Cover; simmer over med low heat 5 min or until bell pepper is tender.
