Convection Baked Bacon

Pre-heat oven to 375 on Pure Convection
- 6-7 slices of Bacon
Green Pepper Steak

Good family dish. Especially a large family
- 1 lb Top Sirloin
- 1/4 c Soy Sauce
- 1 clove of Garlic (minced)
- 1 1/2 tsp Grated Fresh Ginger or 1/2 tsp ground
- 1/4 c Salad Oil
- 1 c Green Onion
- 1/2 c Green Pepper
- 1/2 c Red Pepper
- 2 stalks of Celery
- 1 TBSP Cornstarch
- 2 Tomatoes (cut into wedges)
Orzo w/Sun-Dried Tomatoes & Artichoke Hearts

Convection Oven Preparation Pre-heat Oven to 350 degrees on any setting
- 1 1/2 c Orzo Pasta
- 3 1/2 c Chicken Broth
- 1 1/2 Tblsp Basil Pesto (Artichoke Pesto can be used as well)
- 2 to 4 Tblsp Sun-dried Tomatoes, chopped
- 2 to 4 Garlic cloves, minced
- 1 Tblsp pkg. Italian Seasoning
- 1 Tblsp Olive Oil
- 1/2 c Onion, diced
- 1 Jar (6 oz) Marinated Artichoke Hearts, roughly chopped, (save liquid and add to chicken broth)
- Optional Add-in: 1/4 c Black Olives, sliced
- Garnish with Shredded Parmesan Cheese and toasted Pine Nuts...to taste

Preheat oven to 350. Lightly spray each well of Floral Bakeware Cupcake pan with baking spray

- 1 1/4 c powdered sugar

- 2 lbs Boneless Leg of Lamb (cut into 1" pieces
- 2 lbs White Potatoes (peeled/diced)
- 3 lg Leeks (white part only/soak)
- 3 lg Carrots (sliced)
- 3 Celery Stalks (sliced)
- 2 14oz Chicken Broth
- 2 tsp Fresh Thyme
- 1 tsp salt
- 1 tsp pepper
- 1/2 C Flour
- 3 Garlic Cloves (minced)
- 1 lg Brown Onion (diced)
- 4 Slices Bacon
- 2 Bay Leaves
Smoked Sausage Jambalaya

Really tasty and great in the wintertime
- 1 lb smoked sausage (cut into 1/2" slices) I get the sausage at Costco. Louisiana Sausage
- 1 lb Ground Beef
- 1 med Green Pepper (chopped)
- 1/2 Green Onion (chopped)
- 5 Garlic Cloves (minced)
- 1 28 oz Tomatoes (canned Do NOT drain)
- Salt & Pepper to taste
- 1 C uncooked long-grain rice (I use white rice)
- 1 1/2 C Water
