  • For Grapefruit Syrup:
  • 3/4 c plain Greek yogurt
  • 1 c granulated sugar
  • Zest of 1 1/2 pink grapefruits
  • 3 lg eggs
  • 1 1/2 c all-purpose flour
  • 2 tsp baking powder
  • 1/4 tsp salt
  • 1/2 tsp vanilla
  • 1/3 c canola oil
  • 1/4 c freshly squeezed grapefruit juice
  • 2 Tblsp granulated sugar
  • For Grapefruit Glaze:
  • 1/3 c powdered sugar
  • 2 to 3 Tblsp freshly squeezed grapefruit juice

Preheat oven to 425 Squeeze 1/2 lemon on the top of each trimmed artichoke

  • 2 lg artichokes rinsed and trimmed
  • 1 whole lemon, cut in 1/2
  • 4 cloves garlic, slivered
  • 4 tblsp olive oil
  • sea salt to taste
  • 4 sheets of heavy duty foil wrap
