    c butter, softened

  • c powdered sugar

    c sour cream

  • ¾

    tsp vanilla

    c all-purpose flour

  • ¼

    tsp baking soda

  • tsp salt

  • Glaze


Preheat oven to 350. Lightly spray each well of Floral Bakeware Cupcake pan with baking spray. Combine butter & powdered sugar. Beat on high w/electric mixer until mixture is fluffy, about 2 min. On med speed, add eggs, one at a time, mixing well after each addition. Fold in sour cream & vanilla. In sm bowl, combine flour, baking soda & salt. Stir flour mixture into sour cream mixture until just incorporated. Using lg scoop, place 1 level scoop of batter into each well of pan. Bake 18-22 min or until light golden brown. Remove from oven, cool 5 min in pan, Carefully invert cakes onto cooling rack; cool completely. Glaze cakes if desired.
