Convection Baked Bacon

Step 1

Pre-heat oven to 375 on Pure Convection. Lay bacon in a single layer on a parchment lined baking pan. I use the bottom of the broiler pan and then cover the bacon with the top of the broiler pan. Place in the oven and bake for 15 minutes, check and turn over. Bake another 15 minutes until crispy.
