Peppermint Ice Cream

- 3 cups heavy cream
- 1 1/4 cups sugar
- 2 1/3 teaspoons vanilla extract
- 36 About 36 hard peppermint candies (6 ounces)
Marshmallow Frosting

This is a great frosting for cupcakes
- 5 large egg whites
- 1 1/4 cup white sugar (could use brown for a more caramel flavor)
- 1 pinch of salt
- 1 tsp vanilla extract (I use clear extract to keep it pure white)
Queso Chip Dip

Preheat oven to 350. Combine chili, cream cheese and chili powder with hand mixer
- 2 (15 ounce) cans chili without beans
- 8 ounces cream cheese, softened
- 2 teaspoons chili powder
- 2 cups shredded monterey jack cheese
- 2 cloves garlic, pressed
- 1 small plum tomato, chopped
- 1 green onion, thinly sliced
- 1/4 cup black olives, chopped
- sour cream, for garnish
Deviled Eggs Extraordinaire

For adult occasions, a tiny amount of red or black caviar can be added as garnish on top of these eggs
- 24 Hard-cooked eggs, peeled
- 4 oz. cream cheese, softened
- 1/2 cup mayonnaise
- 2 tablespoons prepared mustard
- 1 teaspoon cider vinegar
- 1/4 teaspoon salt
- 1/4 teaspoon onion powder
Apple Wheat Pancakes with Cinnamon Cream Syrup

Batter can be kept in fridge for a few days covered with Saran wrap
- Pancakes
- 6 Tablespoons dry powdered milk
- 1 1/2 cup water
- 1 Tablespoon lemon juice
- 1/2 cup applesauce
- 2 eggs
- 1 apple, cored and grated (can use dehydrated apples)
- 4 Tablespoons oil
- 2 Tablespoons sugar
- 2 teaspoon baking powder
- 1 cup white flour
- 1 cup wheat flour
- 2 teaspoons cinnamon
- 1/2 teaspoon nutmeg
- 3/4 teaspoon salt
- 3/4 teaspoon soda
- Cinnamon Cream Syrup
- 1 cup granulated sugar
- 1/2 cup corn syrup
- 2 Tablespoon butter
- 1/4 cup water
- dash of salt
- 1 teaspoon cinnamon
- 1 teaspoon vanilla
- 1/2 (12oz) can of evaporated milk
Pumpkin Chocolate Chip Bread

- 3 1/3 cups sifted flour
- 4 tsp. Pumpkin pie spice
- 2 tsp. Baking soda
- 1 tsp. Baking powder
- 1 ½ tsp. Salt
- 2/3 c. cooking oil
- 2 2/3 c. sugar
- 4 eggs
- 1 (1 lb.) can mashed pumpkin (about 2 cups)
- 2/3 c. water
- 1 1/2 cups chocolate chips
Jello Playdough

- 1 cup flour (white)
- 1/2 cup salt
- 2 tablespoons cream of tartar
- 2 tablespoons Vegetable oil
- 1 warm water
- 1 three oz. pkg. jello (any flavor)

- 1 Tablespoon freshly grated lemon zest
- 1/2 cup fresh lemon juice
- 1 cup sugar
- 3 large eggs
- 2 cups half-and-half
- 1/2 teaspoon vanilla
