Marshmallow Delights "Empty Tomb"

These are often referred to as "Empty Tomb" rolls that can be made at Easter
- 1 (8 ounce) package refrigerated crescent rolls
- 1/4 cup sugar
- 1 tablespoon ground cinnamon
- 8 large marshmallows
- 1/4 cup butter or margarine, melted
Caramel Marshmallow Popcorn

Put together in bowl microwave 1 min 30 sec stir microwave again for 1 min 30 sec and pour over popcorn
- 32 big marshmallows
- 1 bag Air popped popcorn (de-curnle)
- 1 cube butter
- 1 cup brown sugar
Caramel Apples

This is the quintessential fall treat
- 1/2 cup butter, cubed
- 2 cups packed brown sugar
- 1 cup light corn syrup
- Dash salt
- 1 can (14 ounces) sweetened condensed milk
- 1 teaspoon vanilla extract
- 10 to 12 Popsicle sticks
- 10 to 12 medium tart apples, washed and dried
- 1 cup salted peanuts, chopped
Fresh Broccoli Salad

Mix mayo, brown sugar, red wine vinegar and pour over other ingredients
- Dressing:
- 2 bunches of broccoli (cut up)
- 1/2 cup diced onion
- 1/2 cup sunflower seeds
- 1/2 cup cashews
- 5 strips bacon (cooked and crumbled)
- 1 cup mayonnaise
- 3 Tablespoons red wine vinegar
- 1/4 cup brown sugar
Lemon Pudding Cake

This dessert is best served warm or at room temperature the same day it is made
- 1/4 cup all-purpose flour
- 2 teaspoons cornstarch
- 1 1/4 cups sugar
- 5 tablespoons unsalted butter, softened
- 2 tablespoons grated zest and 1/2 cup juice from 4 lemons
- 5 large eggs, separated
- 1 1/4 cups whole milk, room temperature
- 2 quarts boiling water
Ann Somebody's Crock Pot Chicken

Combine first 4 ingredients in a crock pot
- 4 to 5 chicken breasts, chunked
- 2 Tablespoons melted margarine
- Salt and Pepper to taste
- 1 package dry Italian salad dressing mix (Good Seasonings)
- 1 can cream of mushroom soup (undiluted)
- 6 ounces cream cheese
- 1/2 cup water
- 1 Tablespoon chopped green onions

- 2 cups warm water
- 1/3 cup sugar
- 1/3 cup shortening
- 2 t. salt
- 2/3 cup nonfat dry milk
- 1 egg
- 5 1/2 cups all-purpose flour
- Butter or margarine, melted
- Honey Butter
- 1/2 Cup butter, softened
- 1/4 teaspoon vanilla
- 1/2 cup honey
- Whip softened butter. Add vanilla and honey gradually, Beat for 20 minutes. Makes 1 cup

- Butter Crust:
- 1 unbaked pie shell (commercial or see recipe below*)
- 1/2 cup flour
- 1 cup sugar
- 3 eggs
- 1/2 cup butter, melted
- 1 tablespoon vanilla extract
- 1 cup semisweet chocolate chips
- 1 cup chopped walnuts or pecans
- real whipped cream
- 2 1/2 cups flour
- 1 teaspoon sugar
- 1/2 teaspoon salt
- 1 cup cold butter (2 sticks)
- 1/4 cup ice water

- 3 2/3 cups all-purpose flour
- 1 1/2 teaspoons baking powder
- 1 1/4 teaspoons baking soda
- 3/4 teaspoon kosher salt
- 1 cup (2 sticks) butter
- 1 1/4 cups firmly packed brown sugar
- 1 cup granulated sugar
- 2 eggs
- 2 teaspoons vanilla extract
