Upside Down Pizza Casserole

- 1 cup onion, chopped
- 1 (2 ounce) cans sliced black olives, drained
- 1 (15 ounce) cans pizza sauce
- 1/4 lb pepperoni, coarsely chopped

- 1 (4 ounce) cans sliced mushrooms, drained
- 6 ounces mozzarella cheese, thinly sliced
- TOPPING
- 1 cup milk
- 1 tablespoon oil
- 2 eggs
- 1 cup flour
- 1/4 teaspoon salt
- 1/4 cup parmesan cheese

- 1/4 cup horseradish sauce (4 T – I used Heinz)***
- If you can't find horseradish sauce where you live, mix 1 T of horseradish with 3 T of mayonnaise, and it should work just fine.
