- 1/2 pound lean ground beef
- 1/2 pound ground Italian sausage
- salt , pepper,
- 1 small yellow onion , chopped
- 2 clove garlic , minced
- 3 Tablespoon fresh basil leaves , chopped (2 teaspoons dried basil)
- 1/2 teaspoon garlic powder , sugar
- 1 teaspoon Italian seasoning
- 1 Tablespoon red wine vinegar
- 8 ounce spaghetti noodles
- 28 ounce can crushed tomatoes
- 2 Tablespoon tomato paste
- 1 cup water
- 1/3 cup freshly grated parmesan cheese , for topping
- fresh parsley leaves , chopped, for garnish
- crushed red pepper flakes , optional, for garnish

- of chicken soup, undiluted
- 1 can (10 3/4oz) refrigerated alfredo
- sauce
- 1/4 C grated parmesan cheese
- 1/2 C cornflake crumbs

- 1/8 teaspoon salt
