Pop out (remove) the egg yolks to a small bowl and mash with a fork
- 6 hard-cooked eggs, peeled and cut lengthwise
- 1/4 cup Light Mayonnaise or Salad Dressing
- 1/2 teaspoon dry ground mustard
- 1/2 teaspoon white vinegar
- 1/8 teaspoon salt
- 1/4 teaspoon ground black pepper
- Paprika for garnish
Sugar Cutout Cookies

- 1 1/2 cups butter, softened
- 2 cups white sugar
- 4 eggs
- 1 teaspoon vanilla extract
- 5 cups all-purpose flour
- 2 teaspoons baking powder

Potato and Sausage Dinner

Toss potatoes, sausage, and onions together in a 5 to 7-quart slow cooker
- 10 medium potatoes, about 3 pounds
- 12 to 16 ounces smoked sausage, such as chicken apple sausage or other similar sausage, sliced
- 1 large onion, halved and sliced, optional
- 2 cans (about 10 1/2 ounces each) cream of potato soup
- 3/4 cup evaporated milk
- 1/4 teaspoon pepper
- 2 cups shredded Cheddar cheese
- Paprika
Apple Pie Drink

Place the apple cider, apple juice, cinnamon sticks, and sugar into a large pot
- 1 gallon apple cider
- 1 gallon apple juice
- 6 (3 inch) cinnamon sticks
- 1 1/2 cups white sugar, or to taste
- 1 (1 liter) bottle 190 proof grain alcohol (such as Everclear™)
Hollandaise Sauce

1 Melt the butter slowly in a small pot
- 3 egg yolks
- 1 tablespoon lemon juice
- 1/2 teaspoon salt
- 1/8 teaspoon cayenne (optional)
- or 1/8 teaspoon white pepper (optional)
- 10 tablespoons unsalted butter (if using salted butter, skip the added salt)
Beef Stroganoff

Bring a large pot of well-salted water to a boil over high heat
- Kosher salt
- 1-1/2 lb. beef top round or shell steak, sliced 1/4 inch thick, slices cut crosswise into 1-inch pieces
- Freshly ground black pepper
- 2 Tbs. canola oil
- 3 Tbs. unsalted butter
- 10 oz. white button mushrooms, cut into 1/4-inch-thick slices (4 cups)
- 1 cup finely chopped yellow onion (about half a medium onion)
- 1 Tbs. all-purpose flour
- 1 cup lower-salt beef broth
- 1 cup full-fat sour cream, at room temperature
- 1 12-oz. package wide egg noodles
- 1 Tbs. thinly sliced fresh chives
Chicken Alfredo Biscuit Casserole

1. Heat oven to 375 degrees F
- 1 tablespoon butter
- 2 cups sliced fresh mushrooms
- 1/2 cup chopped onion
- 1 (16 ounce) jar Alfredo pasta sauce
- 1/4 cup milk
- 2 cups chopped cooked chicken
- 2 cups Green Giant® SELECT® frozen
- broccoli florets, thawed
- 1/4 teaspoon dried basil leaves
- 1 (7.5 ounce) can Pillsbury®
- refrigerated buttermilk biscuits
- 1 tablespoon butter, melted
- 1 tablespoon grated Parmesan cheese
Salmon with lemon and capers

Brush top and bottom of salmon fillets with olive oil and season with salt, pepper, and rosemary
- 4 (6-ounce) salmon fillets
- 1/4 cup extra-virgin olive oil
- 1/2 teaspoon salt
- 1/2 teaspoon freshly ground black pepper
- 1 tablespoon minced fresh rosemary leaves
- 8 lemon slices (about 2 lemons)
- 1/4 cup lemon juice (about 1 lemon)
- 1/2 cup Marsala wine (or white wine)
- 4 teaspoons capers

Crock Pot Chicken with Zucchini

- 5-6 boneless chicken breasts
- 2 tsp. seasoned salt (like Mrs. Dash)
- 1/2 c. flour
- 1 tsp. salt
- 1/4 tsp. pepper
- 4 tbsp. grated Parmesan cheese
- 1 tsp. paprika
- 1 lb. zucchini, cut into thin slices
- 1 c. chicken broth
- fresh mushrooms
Layered Casserole

Brown meat and onions, (drain fat)
- 1 pound ground beef (or venison)
- 1 medium onion, chopped (or onion powder)
- 1 30 ounce can tomato sauce
- 1 teaspoon chili powder (or more to taste)
- few dashes of A-1 sauce
- 1 teaspoon Worcestershire sauce
- 1 pound egg noodles, cooked
- 2 cups shredded cheddar cheese
- I family size cream of mushroom soup (undiluted)
