- 1 can (28 Ounce) Whole Tomatoes With Juice
- 2 cans (10 Ounce) Rotel (diced Tomatoes And Green Chilies)
- 1/4 cup Chopped Onion
- 1 clove Garlic, Minced
- 1 whole Jalapeno, Quartered And Sliced Thin
- 1/4 teaspoon Sugar
- 1/4 teaspoon Salt
- 1/4 teaspoon Ground Cumin
- 1/2 cup Cilantro (more To Taste!)
- 1/2 whole Lime Juice
Cream of Mushroom Soup

1. Cut the mushrooms into slices
- 8 ounces fresh mushrooms
- 2 tablespoons onions, chopped
- 1 -2 garlic clove, minced
- 2 tablespoons butter
- 2 -3 tablespoons flour (separated)
- 2 cups chicken broth
- 1 cup light cream or 1 cup evaporated milk
- 1/2 teaspoon salt
- 1/4 teaspoon pepper
Lobster Mac and Cheese

1. Preheat oven to 350 degrees
- 1 lb pasta of your choice (I used medium shells)
- 2 lobster tails (I steamed a live lobster and used the tail and claws and also added a bit of fake crab meat). Retain shells to make stock.
- 1 small onion, diced
- 2 stalks of celery
- 1/4 cup white wine
- 3 tablespoons butter
- 2 cups whole milk
- 1 small clove garlic, minced
- 8 whole black peppercorns
- 1/4 teaspoon sea salt
- freshly ground pepper
- 2 pounds grated cheese mixture of dill havarti, extra sharp cheddar, gouda and romano (reserve 1/2 pound for topping)
French Onion Soup

1. Heat butter and oil in large stock pot until hot but not burning
- Garnish:
- 3 pounds Vidalia onions, sliced thin
- 6 Tbsp butter (margarine or oil for vegetarian soup)
- 2 Tbsp canola oil
- 3 cloves garlic, chopped
- 1 Tbsp white sugar
- 1/2 cup all purpose flour
- 7-8 cups beef broth
- 2 tsp thyme leaves, ground, or to taste
- 3 bay leaves, whole
- 1 tsp black pepper, freshly ground
- 1 1/2 cup dry white wine
- 1 loaf French bread, sliced thick
- 1 cup mozzarella and parmesan cheese, mixed
- 2 Tbsp fresh parsley, minced
Shrimp Pizza

Preheat the oven to 450°F
- 1 (8-inch) whole-wheat pita bread shell
- 1/2 cup mozzarella cheese, divided
- 1 cup mixed salad greens
- 2 medium plum tomatoes, chopped
- 1 small red onion
- 10 chopped olives
- 6 cooked, peeled, and deveined shrimp
- 1 tablespoon feta cheese
Mediterranean Avocado Boats

Pour the lime juice on the avocado halves, and set aside
- 1 tablespoon lime juice
- 2 ripe avocados, peeled and halved
- 1/2 teaspoon butter
- 5 medium eggs, beaten
- 2 green onions, minced
- 1/4 cup chopped fresh cilantro
- 4 olives, chopped
Mushroom Omelet

In a small bowl, combine the eggs, 2 tablespoons water, salt, and pepper
- 3 medium eggs
- Pinch salt and freshly ground black pepper
- 1 tablespoon butter, divided
- 1/3 cup sliced fresh mushrooms
Breakfast Smoothie

Combine all ingredients in a blender, and mix on high speed
- 1/2 cup whole-fat organic yogurt
- 5 strawberries, cut into small pieces
- 5 blueberries
- 2 packets stevia or 1 teaspoon agave
- 8 to 10 ice cubes
Ramen Noodle Salad

Cook noodles, rinse with cold water
- 4 packages of Ramen noodles (chicken flavor or whatever flavor you want)
- 3 seasoning packets
- 3/4 cup mayonnaise
- chopped red onion
- sliced almonds
Cheesy Potato Soup

Peel and cut potatoes into cubes
- 4-5 large potatoes
- 1 cup sour cream
- 1 can cheddar cheese soup
- 1 can cream of celery soup
- 2 1/2 cups Milk
- Shredded cheddar (Velveeta or other cheese you prefer)
- Salt and pepper
- Beef bouillon
- Garlic powder
- Bacon bits
