Beer Cheese Dip

Chop green onions Place cream cheese, cheddar cheese, ranch dip mix, and green onions in bowl
- 2 8 oz. packages cream cheese
- 2 cups cheddar cheese
- Green onions
- 1 cup of beer
- 1 package Hidden Valley Ranch dip mix
- Nacho chips (I like scoops)
Hamburger Goulash

Saute been and onions in oil
- 1 lb. ground beef
- 1 onion, chopped
- 1 tbsp. olive oil
- 2 cups elbow macaroni
- 1 can petite tomatoes
- 1 can tomato soup
- salt/pepper/garlic powder to taste
- 1 cup shredded cheddar cheese
Chocolate Eclair Dessert

Mix pudding and milk together at low speed for 2 minutes
- 2 pkgs. (3.75 oz.) Jello Instant French Vanilla Pudding
- 9 oz. Cool Whip
- 3 c. milk
- 1 can chocolate frosting
- Graham crackers
Red Skin Potato Salad

While potatoes are cooking, mix together dry salad dressing, milk, mayonnaise and bacon bits
- 2 lbs. sm. red potatoes, cooked
- 1/2 c. sliced scallions
- 1 pkg. ranch salad dressing mix
- 1/2 c. 2% milk
- 1/2 c. fat and cholesterol free mayonnaise
- 1 tbsp. bacon bits
Cheesy Potato Casserole

Mix all ingredients and add topping
- Topping:
- 32 oz. bag hash browns, thawed
- 1 stick butter, melted
- 1 tbsp. salt
- 1/2 tsp. pepper
- 1 can cream of chicken soup
- 1 (16 oz.) container sour cream
- 1 (8 oz.) pkg. cheddar cheese
- 1 med. onion, chopped
- 2 c. cornflakes, crushed
- 1/2 stick butter, melted
Chicken Salad

- 3 1/2 cups cooked chicken
- 1 large stalk celery
- 1/2 cup mayonnaise
- 1 squeezed lemon
- salt and freshly ground pepper to taste

- 2 cup mixed greens

- 2 tbs garlic powder
- 1 tsp oregano
- 1 tsp basil
- 1/2 cup bread crumbs

1. Chop the onion, pepperoncini, lettuce and tomato into bite-size pieces
- 1 medium onion
- 2 pickled pepperoncini peppers
- 1/2 head iceberg lettuce
- 1 large tomato, halved and seeded
- 1/4 lb deli-sliced genoa salami
- 1/4 lb deli-sliced ham
- 1/4 lb deli-sliced prosciutto
- 1/4 lb deli-sliced roast turkey
- 1/4 lb deli-sliced provolone cheese
- 1/2 cup mayonnaise
- 1 tablespoon extra virgin olive oil
- 1 teaspoon dried oregano
- 1 1/2 teaspoons dried basil
- 1/4 teaspoon red pepper flakes
- 1 round loaf Italian bread (bread bowl 10-12 inch)
- 8 hoagie rolls, cut into pieces, for dipping (or baguette)
