Macaroni Salad

Mix all ingredients together
- 2 cups cooked elbow macaroni
- 4 hard boiled eggs chopped
- 1 cup celery
- 1/4 cup onion
- 1 cup mayonnaise
- 1/2 teaspoon salt, garlic powder, black pepper
- 1 tablespoon yellow mustard
- sliced black olives
- paprika
Portobello Mushroom Lasagna

1. Preheat oven to 375 degrees F
- Salt
- Olive oil
- 3/4 pound dried lasagna noodles
- 4 cups whole milk
- 1 1/2 sticks unsalted butter
- 1/2 cup all-purpose flour
- 1 teaspoon ground pepper
- 1 1/2 pounds Portobello mushrooms
- 1 cup parmesan, freshly grated
- 1 10-oz package frozen chopped spinach, thawed and squeezed dry
- 1 1/4 C ricotta cheese
- 1 cup shredded mozarella cheese
Egg Salad

1. Reserve 4 center egg slices for garnish, if desired
- 6 hard-cooked eggs, sliced
- 1/4 cup mayonnaise
- 2 teaspoons fresh lemon juice
- 1 tablespoon minced onion
- 1/4 teaspoon salt
- 1/4 teaspoon pepper
- 1/2 cup finely chopped celery
- Lettuce leaves
Gravy

Combine melted butter and flour, mix thoroughly and reserve
- 1/2 cup Butter, melted
- 1/2 cup Flour
- 4 cups stock (chicken or turkey)
- Pan drippings from roast turkey (if making turkey gravy)
- Salt to taste
- Fresh ground Pepper

In a medium bowl, combine flour, baking powder, and baking soda, mixing well
- 2 cups flour
- 1/3 teaspoon baking soda
- 2 teaspoons baking powder
- 1/2 teaspoon salt
- 1 1/2 teaspoon sugar
- 2 tablespoons butter, cold
- 1 cup buttermilk
Slow Cooker Shredded Pork

Combine the tomato sauce, chili powder, brown sugar, coriander and cumin in the base of your slow cooker
- 1 (15-ounce) can tomato sauce
- 3 tablespoons chili powder
- 3 tablespoons light brown sugar
- 2 teaspoons ground coriander
- 1 teaspoon ground cumin
- 1 (3-pound) pork shoulder (or butt), trimmed of excess fat
- Kosher salt and freshly cracked black pepper
- 5 cloves garlic, minced or grated
- 2 yellow onions, diced
- 1/4 cup fresh lime juice
