Sift together flour, salt, baking powder and baking soda
- 2 3/4 cups flour
- 1 1/4 tsp salt
- 1 tsp baking powder
- 1 tsp baking soda
- 2 1/2 sticks butter, softened
- 1 1/4 cups brown sugar
- 3/4 cup sugar
- 2 eggs
- 1 tsp vanilla
- 1 1/2 cups semisweet chocolate chips
