Sweet Potato stuffing with Bacon and Thyme

Preheat oven to 350. Spread bred cubes on baking sheet, bake 10 minutes
- 1 1/2 lb sourdough baguette, cut into cubes
- 1 lb bacon slices, cut into pieces
- 2 tbsp butter
- 6 1/2 cups peeled sweet potato cubes
- 4 cups onion pieces (2 onions)
- 3 cups celery pieces
- 1 1/2 tbsp chopped thyme
- 1 1/4 tsp salt
- 1 1/3 cups orange juice
- 3 eggs
- 1 1/3 cups chicken broth
No bake espresso creme brulee

- 6 oz white chocolate, chopped

- 2 tbsp instant espresso powder

- 1 can (28 oz) peeled plum tomatoes, with juice
- 2 tbsp olive oil
- 1 onion, finely chopped
- 1/4 tsp red pepper flakes
- 12 oz ground turkey
- 2 tbsp fresh oregano, chopped
- 2 tsp salt
- lasagna:
- 2 medium zucchini
- 1 cup ricotta
- 1/4 tsp olive oil
- pepper
