Maple Pumpkin Pie

Preheat oven to 350. Place pie plate on a foil lined baking sheet
- 1 piecrust, for a 9 inch pie plate
- 2 eggs
- 1 15 oz can pumpkin puree
- 1 cup heavy cream
- 1/2 cup maple syrup
- 3/4 tsp ground cinnamon
- 1/2 tsp ground ginger
- 1/2 tsp salt
- 1/8 tsp ground cloves
Maple nut granola

Preheat oven to 325. In a large bowl, toss together oats, pecans, almonds, salt, oil, maple syrup and vanilla
- 3.5 cups old fashioned rolled oats
- 1/4 cup pecans, chopped
- 1/4 cup almonds, chopped
- 1/4 tsp salt
- 5 tsp vegetable oil
- 5 tbsp maple syrup
- 1/2 tsp vanilla
Marble Cupcakes

- 1 3/4 cups cake flour
- 2 tsp baking powder
- 1/2 tsp salt
- 1/3 cup milk

Preheat oven to 350. Sift together flour, salt, and cocoa powder
- 3 cups flour
- 1 tsp salt
- 12 tbsp unsalted butter, room temp
- 1 3/4 c sugar
- 2 eggs, room temp
- 4 tbsp red gel food color
- 1 tsp vanilla
- 3 tbsp cocoa powder
- 1 c milk
- 1.5 tsp baking soda
- 1.5 tsp apple cider vinegar
Skirt steak with sweet potatoes

- 1 sheet frozen puff pastry, thawed
- 1 egg, beaten
- 3 scallions, thinly sliced (or chives)
- 1/4 cup plus 2 tbsp grated Parmesan cheese
