Ingredients
- 1 piecrust, for a 9 inch pie plate
- 2 eggs
- 1 15 oz can pumpkin puree
- 1 cup heavy cream
- 1/2 cup maple syrup
- 3/4 tsp ground cinnamon
- 1/2 tsp ground ginger
- 1/2 tsp salt
- 1/8 tsp ground cloves

Step 1
Preheat oven to 350. Place pie plate on a foil lined baking sheet.
In a large bowl, whisk together eggs, pumpkin, cream, maple syrup, cinnamon, ginger, salt and cloves.
Pour pumpkin mixture into crust and bake until center is set, 60-70 minutes. Let cool to room temp before serving.
