Yummy, easy biscotti. Can be dipped in chocolate, or not

  • 2 2/3 cups all purpose flour, plus more for shaping
  • 1 1/2 cups sugar
  • 2 tsp baking powder
  • 3/4 tsp salt
  • 1 or 2 oranges to zest (a scant 1/4 cup lightly packed)
  • 1 cup coarsely chopped pecans
  • 3 larges eggs, at room temperature
  • 5 tbs olive oil
  • 2 tbs fresh orange juice
  • 1 tbs orange liqueur, such as Grand Marnier
