COOKIES Browned Butter Milk Chocolate Toffee Chip

If you've never made brown butter, you're missing out on something quite wonderful
- 1 3/4 cups unbleached all-purpose flour (8 3/4 ounces)
- 1/2 teaspoon baking soda
- 1 cup unsalted butter
- 1/2 cup granulated sugar (3 1/2 ounces)
- 3/4 cups packed dark brown sugar (5 1/4 ounces) (see note)
- 1 teaspoon table salt
- 2 teaspoons vanilla extract
- 1 large egg
- 1 large egg yolk
- 1-1/2 cups Heath Toffee Bits*
- 1-1/2 cup Hershey's Milk Chocolate Chips*
- Optional: (substitute1 1/4 cups semisweet chocolate chips or chunks and, if desire, add 3/4cup chopped pecans or walnuts, toasted (optional)

- 1/2 whole Red Onion, Diced Fine
- 1/2 bunch Cilantro, Chopped
- 1 cup Greek Yogurt, Non Fat
- 1/2 cup Mayonnaise
- 2 whole Jalapeno's, Seeded and Diced
- 1 whole Lime, Juiced
- 1 teaspoon Sea Salt Or To Taste

- 3 teaspoons Sugar or to taste if you prefer sweeter

- 1/2 cup olive oil
- 1 1/2 tablespoon Cajun seasoning or piri-piri spice rub
- 8 boneless skinless chicken thighs (about 500 g total)
- 1/2 cup each chopped fresh basil and fresh parsley
- 1 teaspoon grated lime zest
- 1/4 cup lime juice
- 2 tablespoons grated Parmesan cheese (optional)
- 2 corncobs , husked
- 1/4 teaspoon each salt and pepper (approx)
- flatbreads (such as pita or naan) (optional)
- 4 lime wedges (optional)
