Harissa Paste - Moroccan Chili

Use for Lamb Chili Recipe or anywhere it calls for hot moroccan spice
- 4 ounces dried chiles of your choice (see Recipe Notes)
- 1 teaspoon caraway seeds
- 1 teaspoon coriander seeds
- 1 teaspoon cumin seeds
- 3 to 4 garlic cloves, peeled
- 1 teaspoon kosher salt, or to taste
- 2 tablespoons extra virgin olive oil, plus more for storing
- Optional additions: fresh lemon juice, preserved lemon, fresh or dried mint, fresh cilantro, sun-dried tomatoes, tomato paste, cayenne, paprika

- 6 tbsp cold unsalted Butter, cubed

- 3/4 cup Sugar
- 2 tbsp Cornstarch
- Grated zest of 2 lemons

- 2/3 cup butter, cut into small pieces
- 1 1/2 cups water
- 1 1/2 cups all purpose flour
- 6 eggs
- Filling:
- 1 package jello Vanilla pudding and pie filling (6 servings)
- 1/2 cup prepared dream whip dessert topping
- Chocolate Glaze:
- 2 squares bakers unsweetened chocolate
- 2 tablespoons butter
- 1 1/2 cups icing sugar, sifted

- 1 cup cherry tomatoes halved
- 1 cup seedless grapes halved
- 1/3 cup diced or crumbled goat feta
- 1/4 cup hulled, roasted sunflower seeds

- 3 tablespoons chopped fresh mint leaves
