Drink - Summer Gin Gimlet

- 1/2 oz lemon juice
- 1/2 oz lime juice
- 1 oz Lemon-Rosemary syrup
- 1/2 oz egg white
- Lemon bitters (optional)

Fresh Tomato and Basil Sauce

- 3 tablespoons extra virgin olive oil
- 3 large garlic cloves, sliced as thinly as possible
- 2 lbs cherry tomatoes, rinsed and halved
- 1 teaspoon kosher salt
- Freshly ground pepper
- 1 cup loosely packed fresh basil leaves very thinly sliced.
Chocolate Turtle Cookies

- 1 tsp baking soda
- 1/4 tsp salt
- 3/4 c of cocoa
- 1 c unsalted butter
- 1 c white sugar
- 1 c brown sugar
- 2 large eggs
- 1 tsp vanilla extract
- 1 c semi sweet chocolate chips
- 1/2 c chopped pecans
- 1/2 c caramel bits or chopped caramels
- Salted caramel sauce for drizzling
