O'Brien's Turkey House cinnamon-roll bread pudding

Spread cubed rolls in even layer on bottom of 9x13 baking dish
- 4-6 cups cubed cinnamon rolls, cut in 1" cubes
- 15 eggs
- 1 cup sugar
- 1 1/2 tea. vanilla
- 6 cups milk
- 1/2 cup almonds
- 1/2 cup raisins
- cinnamon and sugar, combined to taste
Salsa - Watermelon Salsa

In a large bowl, combine the ingredients
- 4 cups diced seedless watermelon
- 1 cup diced green pepper
- 1 cup diced sweet red pepper
- 1 cup diced red onion
- 1 cup sliced fresh carrots
- 2 jalapenos, seeded and cut into rings
- 2 Tbsp. rice vinegar
- 1 Tbsp. canola oil
- 1 cup chopped fresh cilantro
- 2 Tbsp. chopped fresh mint
- 1 Tbsp. chopped fresh basil

- 1 lb. chorizo, cooked and drained of fat
- 9 eggs
- 1 1/2 cups 2% milk
- 1 Tbsp. ground mustard
- 1 tea. cayenne pepper
- 1 pkg (28 oz) frozen O'Brien potatoes
- 2 cups (8 oz) shredded Monterey Jack cheese
- 1 jar (16 oz) black bean and corn salsa

- 2 Tbsp. olive oil
- 1 1/2 cups coarsely shredded red cabbage
- 1 1/2 cups peeled, coarsely shredded cooked fresh or canned whole baby beets
- 1/3 cup canned whole-berry cranberry sauce
- 1 Tbsp. balsamic vinegar
- 1 tea. salt
- 1/4 tea. pepper
- 1/8 tea. ground allspice
- 1/8 tea. ground cloves

- 1/3 cup chiopped, seeded fresh poblano pepper
- 1/3 cup chopped onion
- 1 Tbsp. vegetable oil
- 1/4 cup tequila
- 1 1/2 cups Mexican melting cheese (such as Chihuahua, quesadilla or asadero) or Monterely Jack, mild cheddar, shredded
- 1 Tbsp. flour
- 1/3 cup finely chopped tomato
- 1 Tbsp. snipped fresh cilantro
- Optional: tortillas & cooked, crumbled chorizo
Coleslaw - Chile Slaw

Whisk together the dressing ingredients
- 3 Tbsp. cider vinegar
- 2 Tbsp. orange juice
- 2 Tbsp. olive oil
- 1 Tbsp. sugar
- 1/2 tea. chile powder
- 1 small cabbage, cored and sliced (about 5 cups)
- 1/2 of red onion, thinly sliced
- 1 small red sweet pepper, thinly sliced
Pimento Spread

Mix all ingredients in a bowl until well blended
- 8 oz. cream cheese
- 8 oz. extra-sharp cheddar cheese, shredded
- 1/4 cup mayonnaise
- 1/2 cup pimento peppers, drained and chopped
- 1/4 tea. hot pepper sauce
- 1/8 tea. salt
Cream Cheese Puffs

- 4 oz. cream cheese, softened
- 3/4 tea. grated onion
- 1/4 cup mayonnaise
- 1 Tbsp. chopped chives
- 1/8 tea. cayenne

- 1/2 small loaf white bread
