- 12 medium orange
- 2 cups chopped peeled fresh peaches
- 2 cups chopped peeled fresh pears
- 1 pkg. (1 3/4 oz) powdered fruit pectin
- 5 cups sugar
BBQ Sauce - Whiskey BBQ Sauce (with a bottled steak sauce base)

- 1/3 cup ketchup
- 1/4 cup Scotch whiskey
- 2 Tbsp. Dijon mustard

- 1 cup flour
- 1/2 cup plus 1/3 cup sugar, divided
- 2 tea. baking powder
- 1/2 tea. salt
- 1 egg, lightly beaten
- 1/2 cup fat free milk
- 1 Tbsp. orange juice
- 1 Tbsp. canola oil
- 1/4 tea. almond extract
- 2 cups fresh or frozen cranberries, chopped
- TOPPING
- 1/4 cup flour
- 3 Tbsp. sugar
- 2 tbsp. cold butter

- 1 pkg. (25 oz) frozen sausage ravioli or ravioli of your choice
- 2 cups (8 oz) shredded mozzarella cheese
- 1 pkg. (10 oz) frozen chopped spinach, thawed and squeezed dry
- 1/4 cup grated Parmesan cheese
Chicken Breasts - Stuffed with Artichokes and Italian Cheeses

Use a sharp know and create a 2-3" pocket in each breast
- 4 large, boneless, skinless chicken breasts
- 1 bottle Italian salad dressing
- 2 Tbsp. olive oil
- 1 tea. thyme, dried or fresh
- 1.4 tea, red pepper flakes
- 2 cloves garlic, minced
- 2 Tbsp. chopped fresh basil
- 1 small jar (6-7 oz) artichoke hearts, rinsed and drained
- 1/4 tea salt
- a few grinds of pepper
- 1 cup shredded Italian cheese (such as Parmesan, Romano, Mozzarella, or a blend)
Pumpkin Cocktail
