Snack Mix - Smoky Snack Mix

In a 6 qt. slow cooker, combine cereal, almonds, oyster crackers and cheese crackers
- 4 cups Corn Chex
- 3 cups whole almonds
- 1 (10-12 oz) pkg. oyster crackers
- 1 (9.5 -10 oz) pkg. bite-size cheese crackers
- 1/2 cup butter, melted
- 2 Tbsp. liquid smoke
- 1 Tbsp. Worcestershire
- 1 tea. seasoned salt
Pumpkin - Cranberry - Lemon Bread

Preheat oven to 350 degrees
- 2 cups sugar
- 3/4 cup (1 1/2 sticks) butter, softened
- 4 eggs
- 2 cups canned unsweetened pumpkin
- 1 Tbsp. grated lemon zest
- Juice from one lemon (about 1/2 cup)
- 3 1/2 cups flour
- 2 tea. baking powder
- 2 tea. cinnamon
- 1 tea. nutmeg 1 tea salt
- 1/2 tea. baking soda
- 1 1/2 cups pecans, chopped
- 1 1/2 cups dried cranberries
Sweet Potatoes - streuseled w/ red pepper flakes

Makes 18 servings. Can be cut in half
- 14 cups of 1" cubes peeled sweet potatoes (about 5 lb)
- 1/2 cup half-and-half
- 1/2 cup maple syrup
- 1 tea. vanilla
- 3/4 tea. salt
- 1/8 tea. red pepper flakes
- 1 egg, lightly beaten
- cooking spray
- 1/2 cup flour
- 1/2 cup packed brown sugar
- 1/4 cup chilled butter, cut into small pieces
- 1/2 cup chopped pecans
Dumpling Press Set - Sausage & Vegetables

Heat oven to 400 degrees. Brown sausage with mushrooms and peppers in large nonstick skillet on medium-high heat
- 1/2 lb. bulk Italian sausage
- 1/2 lb. sliced fresh mushrooms
- 1 large red bell pepper, cut into strips, halved
- 1 tub (10 oz) Philadelphia Savory Garlic Cooking creme
- 1 cup shredded mozzarella cheese
- 1 can (10 oz.) refrigerated pizza crust
Peanut Butter and Veggie Salad (ramen noodles)

Bring 4 cups water to a boil
- 2 pkgs. ramen noodles, any flavor
- 1/2 cup creamy peanut butter
- 1/2 cup white vinegar
- 1/4 cup teriyaki sauce
- 1/2 tea. minced garlic
- 1/4 tea. crushed red pepper flakes
- 1 cucumber, quartered lengthwise, seeded and sliced
- 2 carrots, shredded
- 2 green onions, sliced
Potato Skins - Mini

Preheat oven to 400 degrees
- 12 small gold potatoes (I used red potatoes and skin separated from potato)
- olive oil
- salt and pepper
- pizza sauce
- mini pepperoni (2 per half skin)
- sliced olives (1 per half skin)
- cheddar jack shredded cheese
- 1 cup shredded mozzarella cheese
- 1 cup shredded Cheddar cheese
- 4-6 slices bacon, cooked and crumbled
- 1 Tbsp. chopped fresh chives

Preheat oven to 425 degrees
- 1 cup sugar
- 1/4 cup apple juice
- 6 Tbsp. butter, cut into pieces
- 2 tea. vanilla
- 1/4 tea. salt
- 8 Gala apples, peeled, cored and quartered
- 1 sheet frozen puff pastry, thawed
Pork Loin - Chili-lime pork loin

Prepare a grill for indirect grilling over medium-high heat
- 4 Tbs. chili-lime rub
- 6 Tbs. vegetable oil
- 4 lb. boneless pork loin roast, butterflied
- Kosher salt and freshly ground pepper, to taste
- 4 ears of corn, husks and silks removed, corn cut into 1-inch rounds
- 6 Anaheim chilies
- 2 Tbs. unsalted butter, cut into 1/2-inch pieces
- 2 tsp. fresh lime juice
- 1 Tbs. finely chopped fresh cilantro
Broccoli-Cranberry Salad

In a large salad bowl, combine the broccoli, cranberries, onion and bacon
- 4 cups fresh broccoli florets
- 1 cup dried cranberries
- 1/2 to 3/4 cup sliced red onion
- 1/3 cup crumbled cooked bacon
- 1/2 cup mayonnaise
- 1/2 cup half-and-half
- 3 Tbsp. sugar
Bread - Cheese Bread #2

In a small bowl, combine the first 6 ingredients, set aside
- 1/2 cup butter, melted
- 2 Tbsp. lemon juice
- 2 Tbsp. Dijon mustard
- 1 1/2 tea. garlic powder
- 1/2 tea. onion powder
- 1/2 tea. celery salt
- 1 round loaf sourdough bread (1 lb)
- 1 lb. Monterey Jack cheese, cut into thin slices
