Asian Chicken Salad

In a large bowl, whisk together lime juice, soy sauce, jalapeno, oil and sugar until combined
- 1/4 cup fresh lime juice (from 3 limes)
- 2 tea. soy sauce
- 1 jalapeno, minced
- 2 tea. vegetable oil
- 1/2 tea. sugar
- 4 cups shredded red cabbage (about 1/2 med. head)
- 1 cup shredded carrots (about 2 large)
- 1 cup lightly packed cilantro leaves
- 1 cup light packed mint leaves
- 1 cups shredded cooked chicken
Salmon - Alaskan Amber glazed Salmon or Halibut

Combine all ingredients except fish in small saucepot
- 1/4 cup Alaskan Amber
- 4 Tbp. butter
- 2 Tbsp. honey
- 1 Tbsp. lemon juice
- 1 Tbsp. soy sauce
- 1 tea. cumin
- 1 tea. lemon pepper
- 2 lb. salmon or halibut
Chicken Wings - Saucy Wings

Sprinkle chicken with salt and pepper
- 3 lb. wings
- 1/2 tea. salt
- 1/4 tea. pepper
- 1 1/2 cups BBQ sauce
- 1/2 cup honey
- 2 tea. prepared mustard
- 2 tea. Worcestershire sauce
- 1/8 to 1/2 tea. hot pepper sauce
Bread Pudding - Raisin Bread Pudding

Beat eggs, milk, cream, sugar, vanilla, orange zest, salt, cinnamon and nutmeg together
- 6 eggs
- 2 cups whole milk
- 1 cup heavy cream
- 1 cup sugar
- 2 tea. vanilla
- 1 tea. orange zest
- 1/4 tea salt
- 1/4 tea. cinnamon
- 1 tea. nutmeg.
- 1 lb. brioche cut into 1" cubes
- 1 cup raisins
Garlicky Baked Shrimp

In baking dish, combine shrimp, sliced garlic and white wine
- 1 lb. raw peeled shrimp (med-to-large size)
- 4 cloves garlic, sliced
- 2 Tbsp. whilte wine
- salt and pepper
- 1/2 cup softened butter
- 1/4 cup panko crumbs
- 2 Tbsp. chopped parsley
Chicken - Spanish Style

Heat the oil in a large flame-proof casserole, then fry the chicken over high heat until golden
- 2 Tbsp. olive oil
- 8 skinless, boneless chicken thighs, halved
- 1 red onion, thinly sliced
- 1 red bell pepper, seeded and sliced
- 1 yellow bell pepper, seeded and sliced
- 1 garlic clove, crushed
- 1 can (19 oz) chopped tomatoes with juice
- 2/3 cup dry white wine
- 1 Tbsp. paprika
- 3 oz. andouille sausage, cut into thick slices (or mexican chorizo)
- 2 Tbsp. pitted black olives (preferably oil-cured) halved
- salt and pepper
- parsley, rinsed, dried and chopped
BBQ sauce - without liquid smoke

Mix all ingredients together Make about 1 1/2 cups
- 1 cup ketchup
- 1/3 cup cider vinegar
- 1/4 cup packed light brown sugar
- 1 Tbsp. prepared yellow mustard
- 1 Tbsp. fresh lime juice
- 2 tea. worcestershire sauce
- 2 tea. soy sauce
- 1 te. cayenne pepper
- 1/2 tea. salt
- 1/2 tea. pepper
Salmon with brown butter, almonds and green beans

Heat 1 Tbsp. butter in non-stick skillet over medium heat
- 4 Tbsp. unsalted butter
- 1 1/4 lb. salmon, cut into 4 pieces
- 1 lb. green beans, trimmed and cut in half
- 1/4 cup sliced almonds
- 2 Tbsp. capers
Southwestern Cheesecake

In a food processor combine cream cheese and sour cream; precess until smooth
- 2 (8 oz) pkgs. cream cheese, softened
- 16 oz. sour cream
- 1 pkg. taco seasoning mix
- 3 3eggs
- 2 Tbsp. flour
- 1 (4 oz) can green chiles, diced
- 1/4 cup roasted red pepper pieces
Rhubarb Steak Sauce

Mix all ingredients together in a saucepan
- 8 cups chopped rhubarb
- 4 cups diced onion
- 2 cups vinegar
- 2 1/3 cups brown sugar, packed
- 1 tea. cinnamon
- 1 tea. allspice
- 1/2 tea. ground cloves
- 1 tea. salt
- 1/2 tea. pepper
