- 1/4 c. parsley
- 1/2 tsp. salt

- 1 med. onion, finely chopped
- 1 c. mushrooms, chopped

- 3 1/2 c. milk
- 3 c. shredded Monterey Jack or cheddar cheese

- 1 egg

Sun Tea

Let tea steep out in sun until dark enough
- Add:
- 4 litres cold water
- 3 tea bags
- Let sit outside in sun until dark enough. Take the tea bags out.
- 1 c. sugar
- 1/3 c. lemon juice
- 1/4 c. iced tea mix
- Stir and chill.
Mexican Skillet Rice
