This cake looks amazing!
- Cake:
- 1 c. milk choc. chips
- 1 c. vegetable shortening
- 1 can evaporated milk
- 1/2 c. vinegar
- 3/4 c. dark brown sugar, packed
- 3/4 c. sugar
- 4 eggs
- 2 tsp. vanilla
- 2 1/2 c. cake flour
- 1/2 c. cocoa powder
- 2 tsp. baking soda
- 1 tsp. baking powder
- 1/2 c. semi-sweet choc. chips
- Frosting:
- 1 pkg. cream cheese, softened
- 1/2 c. butter, softened
- 6 c. icing sugar
- 1 tsp. vanilla
- 2 c. milk choc. chips, melted and slightly cooled

- 1 lb. chicken breasts cut into 1 in. pieces
- 1/2 c. chopped onion
- 1/2 c. chopped green pepper

- 1 tsp. basil
- 1 tsp. oregano
- 1 tsp. parsley
