Lemon Dill Steak Marinade

Score meat by making shallow, diagonal cuts at 1-inch intervals across the steak; repeat on the other side
- 1-1/2 lb.flank steak, 3/4-inch thick
- 1/4 cup green onion, sliced
- 1/4 cup water
- 1/4 cup dry red wine
- 1/4 cup soy sauce
- 3 tbsp. lemon juice
- 2 tbsp. vegetable oil
- 1 tsp. dried dill
- 1 tbsp. fresh dill
- 2 cloves garlic, minced
- 1/2 tsp. celery seed
- 1/2 tsp. pepper
- 1 tbsp. Worcestershire sauce

- 1 small white onion, peeled and diced
- 4 cloves garlic, minced
- 1 /2 cup dry white wine
- 6 cups beef stock, divided
- 1 tablespoon Worcestershire sauce
- 8 ounces uncooked wide egg noodles
- 1 /4 cup all-purpose flour
- 1 /2 cup sour cream*
