Best Lemon Chicken Ever

1.Preheat oven to 425F. 2
- 12 cleaned and trimmed chicken thighs (skin on, bone in)
- 1/2 teaspoon coarse salt
- Freshly ground black pepper
- 1/2 cup extra-virgin olive oil
- 1 1/2 cups fresh lemon juice (about 12 lemons)
- 2 tablespoons red wine vinegar
- 8 garlic cloves, minced
- 1 teaspoon red pepper flakes
- 2 tablespoons dried oregano
- 1/4 cup chopped parsley (optional)
- 1 baguette, sliced into 1-inch rounds
Easy Oven Baked Spicy Chicken Tacos

Preheat oven to 400F. Spray a 9x13 baking dish with nonstick spray and set aside
- 1 tablespoon olive oil
- 1/2 pound cooked chicken, shredded
- 1 (1 ounce) packet Old El Paso Hot & Spicy Taco Seasoning
- 1/2 cup onion, diced
- 1 (14.5 ounce) can diced tomato, drained
- 1 (4.5 ounce) can Old El Paso Chopped Green Chiles
- 10 Old El Paso Stand and Stuff Taco Shells
- 1/2 (16 ounce) can Old El Paso Refried Beans
- 2 cups Mexican Blend Cheese, shredded
- Toppings such as Old El Paso sliced Jalapenos, sour cream, salsa, chopped cilantro, shredded lettuce, or any of your favorite taco toppings!

- 2 oz red wine vinegar
- 2 tsp Dijon mustard
- 2 garlic cloves, smashed
- 1/4 tsp kosher salt
- 3/4 C olive oil

- 1 cup chopped onion
- 1/4 cup chopped fresh cilantro

- 1 (7-ounce) bottle salsa verde (such as Herdez brand)
- 2 cups shredded cooked chicken breast
- 1/3 cup (3 ounces) 1/3-less-fat cream cheese, softened
- 1 cup fat-free, less-sodium chicken broth
- 8 (6-inch) corn tortillas
- Cooking spray
- 1/4 cup (1 ounce) crumbled queso fresco
- 1/2 teaspoon chili powder
- 4 lime wedges

- 1 (14-16 oz) jar pasta or pizza sauce, I used Classico pizza sauce

- 4 ounces shredded mozzarella cheese

- 1/2 cup cider vinegar
- 1/4 cup butter
- 1/4 cup minced onion
- 3 stocks celery, chopped
- 3 tablespoons Worcestershire sauce
- 2 tablespoons spicy mustard
- 2 tablespoons honey
- 2 cloves garlic, minced
- 1 beef bullion cube
- 1 tablespoon paprika
- 2 teaspoons chili powder
