Turkey Burgers

Mix all together and form into patties!!! Cook on the grill! Serve with Sweet Potato Fries!
- 2-3 lbs. of ground turkey
- 10 oz. chopped drained spinach
- 8 oz. chopped feta cheese
- 1 chopped red pepper
- 1 egg
- 1 & 1/2 T. garlic powder
- 4 T. olive oil
Cornbread (Pioneer Woman)

Use 2 T. oil and add to pan
- 1 cup yellow cornmeal
- 1/2 cup all purpose flour
- 1 T. baking powder (combine these 3 ingredients together)
- 1 t. salt
- 1 cup buttermilk
- 1/2 cup milk
- 1 egg
- 1/2 t. baking soda
- 1/4 cup oil & 2 T. oil
Pimento Cheese

Mix all together after shredding the cheeses!
- 8 oz. block sharp cheddar cheese (Cracker Barrel)
- 8 oz. block Vermont cheddar cheese
- 1 can rotel, drained
- 1 T. Whorestire sauce
- 1 cup mayo
- 1 small jar pimento
Jeanine's Cheese Dip

Mix all ingredients with a mixer
- 1 stick butter, soft
- 1 cream cheese whipped, soft
- 1 port wine cheese
- 3 cloves of garlic, crushed
Hummingbird Cake

1978 Southern Living Cookbook
- 3 cups flour, sifted
- 1 t baking soda
- 1 t salt
- 2 cups sugar
- 3 large eggs
- 1 can crushed pineapple, large
- 1 & 1/2 cup oil
- 1 t cinnamon
- 1 & 1/2 t vanilla
- 2 cups mashed banana
- 1 cup chopped pecans
- Icing: 8 oz cream cheese, 1 cup butter, 16 oz powdered sugar, 2 t vanilla, 1 cup chopped pecans!
Cranberry Jalapeño Jelly

Cook well!
- 2-3 2-3 2-3 jalapeños
- 1 12 1 12 1 - 12 oz. bag fresh cranberries
- 2 2 2 cup apple cider vinegar
- Blend well together
- 8 8 8 cups sugar
- 2 2 2 package liquid pectin
Grilled Pimento Cheese Sandwiches

Mix all ingredients and then store into an air tight container
- 1 cup mayo
- 1 - 4 oz. jar diced pimiento, drained
- 1 t. worcestershire sauce
- 1 t. finely grated onion
- 2 - 8 oz. blocks sharp cheddar cheese, shredded.
Simple Garlic Hummus (Tastefully Simple)

In a small dish, combine 2 T
- 1 - 16 oz. can garbanzo beans, drained, reserve 2 T. liquid
- 2 T. extra virgin olive oil
- 2 T. garlic garlic
- 1/2 lemon for juice
- 1/2 t. cumin
Crab Cakes (Trish's Recipe)

In a small bowl, whisk the mayonnaise with egg, mustard, Worcestershire sauce and hot sauce until smooth
- 1/2 cup Mayonnaise
- 1 large egg, beaten
- 1 T. Dijon mustard
- 1 T. Worcestershire sauce
- 1/2 t. hot sauce
- 1 pound jumbo lump crab meat, picked over (large can cold section)
- 20 saltine crackers, finely crushed
- 1/4 cup canola oil
- Lemon wedges for serving
Mexican Wonton's

- Wontons (place in greased mini muffin tins and cook in oven until lightly browned.
- 1 lb. sausage (cooked and drained well)
