Spinach Artichoke Casserole

Mix first 7 ingredients in large bowl
- 2-10 oz. pkgs. frozen chopped spinach, thawed and drained well
- 1-14 oz. artichokes, chopped and drained
- 1 can cream of mushroom soup
- 1-8 oz. sour cream
- 2 t. flour
- 1 T. parsley
- 1/4 t. worch. sauce
- 1 T. butter
- 1 cup mushrooms
- 2 cloves of garlic
- 1 T. lemon juice
- 1/2 t. pepper
- 2 c. Pepper Jack Cheese, shredded
Carrot Cake (Ruby Maloy)

Mix all dry ingredients in bowl
- 2 cups all purpose flour
- 2 cups sugar
- 1 t. Soda
- 1/4 t. Salt
- 2 t. Cinnamon
- 2 & 1/2 cups grated carrots
- 4 eggs
- 3/4 cup crisco oil
Squash Casserol (Italian Squash Bobbie Gail Barlow)

Saute for 10 minutes onion and squash in butter
- 4 cups thinly sliced unpeeled squash
- 1 cups chopped onion
- 1/2 cup butter
- 1/2 cup parsley
- 1/2 t. salt and pepper
- 1/4 t. garlic powder, basil & oregano
- 2 eggs well beaten
- 8 oz. Muenster or Mozzarella cheese
- 8 oz. crescent rool
- 2 t. dijon mustard
Bourbon Smokies

Mix all ingredients in crockpot and let simmer for a couple of hours
- 1 cup bourbon
- 1 cup ketchup
- 1 cup brown sugar
- 2 lbs. little smokies
Turtle Pumpkin Pie

Pour 1/4 cup caramel into crust
- 1/4 c. & 2 T. caramel topping
- 1 graham cracker crust - large one
- 1/2 c. & 2 T. chopped pecans
- 2 (3.4 oz.) instant vanilla pudding mix
- 1 cup cold milk
- 1 cup canned pumpkin
- 1 t. ground cinnamon
- 1/2 t. ground nutmeg
- 1 - 8oz. cool-whip, thawed
Chopped Salad (Pampered Chef)

Mix all ingredients in large bowl; Add avocado and dressing last
- 4 oz. ditalini pasta (or small pasta) cooked as directed
- (rinse w/ cold water)
- 1 - 10 oz. pkg. romaine lettuce chopped and washed
- 2 cups diced chicken, cooked
- 1 medium tomato, chopped
- 1 avocado, chopped
- 1/2 cup green onion, chopped small
- 6 slices cooked bacon, cut into small pieces
- 1/2 cup italian dressing
Oatmeal White Chocolate Chip Cookies

Bake at 350 for 12-15 minutes!
- 1 stick soft butter
- 1/3 cup brown sugar & 1/3 cup white sugar. Cream together!
- Add: 1 large egg & 1 t. vanilla
- Add: 1 cup flour & 1 cup rolled oats & 1/2 t. baking soda, 1/2 t. salt.
- Add: 1 cup white chocolate chips & 1/2 cup raisins.
Shrimp Linguine

Cook 1st 5 ingredients until tomatoes are done
- 4 large tomatoes
- fresh basil
- 2 cloves garlic
- green onions
- 1/2 cup oil
- 1 lb. fresh shrimp, uncooked
- salt and pepper
- fresh parmasan cheese
- Pasta- cooked
- sliced black olives for color
India Relish (Green Tomato Relish)

Frances Hartles Recipe
- Boil 1 minute and then drain; then add:
- 1 peck green tomatoes (10 lbs.)
- 1 quart onions
- 3 green peppers
- 3 red peppers
- 1 cup salt
- Chop above ingredients, add salt and let stand overnight, then drain.
- Add equal parts of water and vinegar to cover (approx 1 1/2 qt. each).
- 5 cups sugar
- 1 qt. vinegar
- 1/2 t. allspice
- 1/2 t. cinnamon
- 1/2 t. cloves
- Boil 20 minutes. While hot-pack into sterile jars and seal. Boil until they pop.
Seafood Tomato Alfredo

Heat butter in skillet. Add onion and cook until tender
- 1 T. butter
- 1 onion, chopped
- 1 can-10 3/4 oz. Campbells Cream of Mushroom w/roasted garlic soup
- 1/2 cup milk
- 1 cup diced canned tomatoes
- 1 lb. fresh fish fillets
- 4 cups hot cooked linguine
