  • 2-10 oz. pkgs. frozen chopped spinach, thawed and drained well
  • 1-14 oz. artichokes, chopped and drained
  • 1 can cream of mushroom soup
  • 1-8 oz. sour cream
  • 2 t. flour
  • 1 T. parsley
  • 1/4 t. worch. sauce
  • 1 T. butter
  • 1 cup mushrooms
  • 2 cloves of garlic
  • 1 T. lemon juice
  • 1/2 t. pepper
  • 2 c. Pepper Jack Cheese, shredded

  • 1/3 cup brown sugar & 1/3 cup white sugar. Cream together!

  • Boil 1 minute and then drain; then add:
  • 1 peck green tomatoes (10 lbs.)
  • 1 quart onions
  • 3 green peppers
  • 3 red peppers
  • 1 cup salt
  • Chop above ingredients, add salt and let stand overnight, then drain.
  • Add equal parts of water and vinegar to cover (approx 1 1/2 qt. each).
  • 5 cups sugar
  • 1 qt. vinegar
  • 1/2 t. allspice
  • 1/2 t. cinnamon
  • 1/2 t. cloves
  • Boil 20 minutes. While hot-pack into sterile jars and seal. Boil until they pop.
