- 2 medium zucchini, chopped
- 1 medium onion, chopped
- 2 T. minced fresh parsley
- 1 t. dried basil
- 1/3 cup butter
- 1/3 cup all purpose flour
- 1 t. salt
- 1/4 t. pepper
- 3 cups water
- 3 chicken bouillon cubes
- 1 t. lemon juice
- 1 can - 14 1/2 oz. diced tomatoes, undrained
- 1 can - 12 oz. evaporated milk
- 1 pkg. - 10 oz. frozen corn
- 1/4 cup grated parmesan cheese
- 2 cups shredded sharp cheese.
- pinch of sugar, optional
Sour Cream Pound Cake (Cathryn Bowen)

Look above
- 3 cups sugar
- 2 sticks butter, softened (cream together)
- 6 eggs at room temperature ( separate and add egg yolks one at a time)
- 1 cup of sour cream
- Mix together: 3 cups all purpose flour, 1/4 t. Soda.
- Add flour mixture to butter mixture 1cup at a time.
- Beat egg whites until fluffy and add to mixture.
- Add 1 t. Almond extract, 1 t. Vanilla extract.
- Beat until smooth. Bake in a greased and floured pan for 1 & 1/2 hours at 300 degrees!
Roast Beef Recipe (Trish)

Place roast in crock pot and butter
- 3 lb. blade roast
- 1 package dry ranch dressing
- 1 stick of real butter
- 1 package dry Knorrs beef au juice
Hawaiian Sweet Roll Sandwichesa

Slice rolls and place some ham, swiss cheese then top with sauce
- Hawaiian Rolls (Depends on how many you want to make)
- Sliced Boiled Ham
- Sliced Swiss Cheese
- Chopped Onion
- Butter 1 or 2 sticks- depending on how many u are making
- Reg. Mustard about 2 T. per stick of butter
- Poppy Seeds
Layered Crab Dip

Mix cream cheese, worches
- 2 - 8 oz. cream cheese, softened
- 2 T. worcheshire sauce
- 1 T. mayo
- 1 bottle seafood cocktail sauce
- 2 cans crabmeat, drained well
Velveeta Spicy Chicken Casserole

Cook pasta as directed on package; drain
- 16 oz. spaghetti
- 4 boneless chicken breast - about 1 & 1/2 lb. cut into small pieces
- 1 lb. velveeta cheese cut up
- 1 can cream of mushroom soup
- 1 10 oz. can rotel, undrained
- 1 - 4 oz. can mushrooms drained
- 1/3 cup milk
Baked Chicken Breasts with Bacon

Wrap bacon around chicken, roll and secure with a toothpick
- 8 boneless, skinless chicken breasts
- 8 slices of bacon
- 1 can cream of mushroom soup
- 1 cup real sour cream
- 1/2 cup sherry
- salt and pepper
Dried Tomato and Pesto Chicken

Goes well with Corn and Black Bean Dish
- 4-5 T. of Dried Tomato and Pesto prepared with the olive oil and water
- 2 Pounds of boneless chicken bread cut up into strips
- 2 large sweet onions
- 16 oz. fresh sliced mushrooms
- 1 bag of Fresh Spinach
Wild Rice Soup

Cook potatoes in chicken broth until tender
- 3 cups chicken broth
- 2-3 large potatoes, peeled and diced
- 9 slices bacon, cut in small pieces
- 1 med. onion, chopped
- 1 & 1/2 cup cooked wild rice
- 2 pints half and half
- 8 oz. montery jack cheese, shredded
- salt and pepper to taste
Taco Salad

Mix all together and serve!
- 1 lb. ground beef, browned and drained
- 1 head of lettuce, chopped
- 2 tomatoes, chopped
- green scallions, chopped
- 8 oz. shredded sharp cheddar cheese
- 1 large bag of taco doritos, crushed in bag
- Mix in a large bowl.
- Dressing: 8 oz. green goddess dressing
- 1 can tomatoes and green chili's
