Almond Chicken Salad

Combine lemon juice, mayo, and salt until well blended
- 2 T. lemom juice
- 1/2 cup mayo
- 1 t. salt
- 3 & 1/2 cups diced cooked chicken
- 1 cup finely chopped celery
- 1/3 cup silvered almonds
Match Point Quiche

Pour all ingredients into an unbaked pie shell and bake at 325 for 45 minutes
- 4 eggs beaten
- 1 & 1/2 cup diced ham
- 1 & 1/2 cup grated swiss cheese
- 1 cup shredded cheddar cheese
- 1 cup fresh sliced mushrooms
- 1/4 cup onion, chopped
- 1/2 cup half and half
- Saute onion in butter, 2 T.
Spinach Casserole - Teresa's

Mix all ingredients; except small amount of each cheese for the top
- 3 pkgs. frozen chopped spinach, thawed and drained.
- 1 cup shredded cheddar cheese
- 1 cup shredded montery jack cheese
- 1/2 cup shredded parm. cheese
- 1 small jar of mushrooms, drained
- 1 t. salt
- 1 t. italian seasoning
- 1/2 cup sour cream
- 1/2 cup cottege cheese
Blueberry Pound Cake

1. Preheat ove to 350. 2
- 2 cups sugar
- 1/3 cup butter, softened
- 4 oz. 1/3 less fat cream cheese, soft
- 3 large eggs
- 1 large egg white
- 2 t. vanilla
- 3 cups all purpose flour, divided
- 2 cups fresh or frozen blueberries
- 1 t. baking powder
- 1/2 t. baking soda
- 1/2 t. salt
- 1 - 8 oz. container lemon low fat yogurt
- Cooking Spray
- 1/2 cup sifted powdered sugar
- 4 t. lemon juice
Baked Spaghetti (Taste of Home)

In a large skillet, saute onion and green pepper in butter until tender
- 1 cup chopped onion
- 1 cup chopped green pepper
- 1 t. butter or margarine
- 1 can (28 oz.) tomatoes with liquid, cut up
- 1 can (4 oz.) mushrooms w/stems and pieces, drained
- 1 can (2-1/4 oz.) sliced black olives, drained
- 2 t. dried oregano
- 1 lb. ground beef, browned and drained
- 12 oz. spaghetti, cooked and drained
- 2 cup shredded cheddar cheese
- 1 can cream of mushroom soup
- 1/4 cup water
- 1/4 cup parm. cheese
Saltines Flavored (Trish)

Please the oil and dressing and pepper flake in a large ziploc bag
- One whole box of Saltine crackers
- 1 cup canola oil / or peanut oil
- 2 pkgs. dry Hidden Valley Ranch Dressing Mix
- Red Pepper Flakes - depending on how hot you want the crackers
Banana Brownies

Heat oven to 375. Grease and flour 15 x 10 jelly roll pan
- 1 & 1/2 cup sugar
- 1 cup sour cream
- 1/2 cup butter
- 2 eggs
- 3-4 ripe bananas
- 2 t. vanilla
- 1 t. baking soda
- 2 cups all purpose flour
- 3/4 t. salt
- 1/2 cup chopped nuts
- Frosting: 1/2 cup butter, 4 cup powdered sugar, 1 & 1/2 t. vanilla, 3 T. milk.
Reuben Crescent Bake

Unroll one tube of crescent dough into one long rectangle; seal seams and perforations
- 2 tubes - 8 oz. each - refrigerated crescent rolls
- 1 lb. swiss cheese
- 1 1/4 lbs. sliced deli corned beef
- 1 can - 14 oz. sauerkraut, rinsed and well drained
- 2/3 cup Thousand Island Dressing
- 1 egg white, beaten
- 3 t. caraway seeds
Chili's Cheese Dip

Mix the two ingredients together in a small crock pot on low
- 16 oz. Velveeta cheese
- 16 oz. can Hormel Chili with no beans in a can
Seafood Dip

- 1 - 8 oz. pkg. cream cheese, softened
- 1 cup mayo
- juice from 1/2 lemon
- 2-4 green onions, chopped
- 1/2 t. dry mustard
- 1/8 t. garlic powder
- 16 oz. imitation crab meat, chopped
