Spritz Cookies

Bake 8-10 minutes at 375. You can use flavorings such as coconut, almond, or cinnamon
- 1 cup real butter
- 3/4 cup sugar
- 1/2 t. baking soda
- 2 & 1/4 cup sifted all purpose flour
Beth's Macaroni and Cheese

Mix all ingredients in an 8x8 greased pan
- 1 stick of butter
- 1 cup uncooked macaroni noodles
- 1 can cream corn
- 1 can whole corn, undrained
- 8 oz. velveeta cheese cubed
Balsamic Vinaigrette "Pam"

Add all in a shaker and mix well
- 1/4 cup balsamic vinegar
- 2 t. brown sugar
- 1 t. chopped garlic
- 1/2 t. salt
- 1/2 t. black pepper
- 3/4 cup olive oil
Cherry Cobbler

Heat 1/4 lb. butter in baking dish
- Mix:
- 1 can cherries
- 2/3 cup sugar
- (bring cherries and sugar to a boil)
- 1 cup flour
- 1 cup sugar
- 1/2 cup milk
- 1 t. baking powder
- dash salt
Brocoli Pie (Mom Brown)

Bake at 325 for 45 minutes
- 1 pkg. frozen chopped brocoli & 1/2 cup chopped onion.
- Cook until tender
- 3/4 cup milk and 2 eggs.
- Unbaked Pie Shell
- Place broccoli and onion in pie shell. Pour milk and eggs over broccoli. Add 3-4 slices of bacon or ham and 1 cup shredded sharp cheese.
Cathryn's Broccoli Salad

Toss all together, and after sugar has melted toss well with all ingredients!
- Dressing:
- 1 head of broccoli, cut into small floweretts
- 1 cup raisins (she uses the white raisins)
- 1 cup spanish peanuts with the red skins on
- 1/2 to 1 sliced red onion
- 1 cup mayonaise
- 2 T. red wine vinegar
- 1/2 cup sugar
- Mix well!
Potato Casserole

Mix all ingredients together and place in a greased 9x13 in greased pan
- 2 pkgs. refrigerated hash browns
- 1 stick of butter, melted
- 1 t. salt
- 1/2 t. pepper
- 1/2 c. chopped onion
- 1 c. sour cream
- 1 pkg. boursin cheese
- 1 can cream of chicken soup
- 8 oz. shredded sharp cheese
- additional cheese for on top
Cathryn's Hot Chicken Salad (Bridal Luncheon)

Combine all ingredients except potato chips and cheese; blend well together
- 4 cups diced, cooked chicken
- 1 & 1/2 cups celery, finely diced
- 1 cup toasted slivered almonds
- 1 t. salt
- 4 T. grated onion
- 1 cup chopped green pepper
- 1 cup mayonnaise
- 4 oz. jar chopped pimiento
- 4 T. lemon juice
- 1 - 10 3/4 oz. can cream of chicken soup, undiluted
- 2 hard boiled eggs, chopped
- 2 cups sharp grated cheese (Crushed potato chips for topping)
Buckeyes (Vicki Brown)

Mix all together and form into small balls
- 1 & 1/2 stick of real butter
- 1 & 1/2 cup peanut butter
- 1 t. vanilla
- 1 box powdered sugar
Beer Cheese Dip

Stir until creamy then transfer to mini crockpot or bread bowl
- 8 oz. light cream cheese
- 8 oz. sharp shredded cheddar cheese
- one bottle beer
- garlic powder to taste, or Garlic Garlic from Tastefully Simple
