Ingredients
- Mole Spiced:
- 2 cups dried pumpkin seeds
- 2 Tbsps Brown Sugar
- 1 tsp. cinnamon
- 1 Tbsp. chili powder
- 3 Tbsps. Cocoa
- 2 Tbsps. butter, Melted
- 1/2 tsp. coarse salt
- Sweet and Salty:
- 2 cups dried pumpkin seeds
- 2 Tbsps butter, melted
- 3 Tbsps. brown sugar
- 1/2 tsp. coarse salt
- 1/2 tsp. cinnamon
- Spicy Herbed:
- 2 cups dried pumpkin seeds
- 1 Tbsp chili powder (Chipolte preferred)
- 1/2 Tbsp. onion powder
- 2 Tbsps. Sesame Oil
- 1 Tbsp dried parsley
- 1/2 tsp. coarse salt

Cooking time 55mins
Preparation
Step 1
Dry pumpkin seeds in 300F oven for 30 minutes. Then toss with choice of seasoning and roast at 350F for 15 minutes or until fragrant and crisp.
