Pineapple Pecan Cake with Cream...

One-Bowl Apple Cake

Ingredients

1 cup Wesson Oil
2 cups sugar
3 eggs
2 1/2 cups cake flour
2 teasp baking powder
1 teasp salt
1 teasp soda
1 Tblsp vanilla
1 cup pecans
3 cups apple chips (Winesap)

Preparation

Step 1

Preheat oven to 300 degrees.

Combine all ingredients except apples and nuts. After mixed well hand stir in apples and nuts. Butter and flour Bundt Pan and bake for 1 1/2 hrs at 300 degrees.
