Ingredients
- 5-1/2 cups sugar (I use 4 cups)
- 10-1/2 cups water
- 1 tsp cinnamon
- 1/4 tsp nutmeg
- 3 Tbl Lemon Juice
- 1 Cup Corn Starch
Details
Servings 7
Preparation
Step 1
Bring water to a boil. Mix dry ingredients and add to water. Add Lemon juice. Bring to a boil and stir til thick. Pour hot mixture over apples in jars.
Process 20 minutes in boiling water bath.
Makes 7-9 quarts.
