Ingredients
- Baste:
- 8-12 lbs 3-3 1/2 hr
- 12-16 lbs 3 1/2- 4/1/2 hr
- 16 -20 lbs 4 1/2 to 5 1/2 hr
- 20 - 24 lbs 5 1/2 to 6 1/2 hr.
- 3/4 c white wine
- 3/4 c butter (NOT marg)
- 1/2 tsp dill weed
- 1/2 tsp rosemary
- 1/4 tsp oregano
- Baste turkey every 30 min till done.

Preparation
Step 1
Preheat oven to 500 degrees. Roast turkey uncovered for 20 min to sear.
Trn oven down to 325. Baste and continue basting every half hour until turkey is done.
Gravy
Pour turkey juices in large pan. Add chicken broth. Thicken with cornstartch mixed with a little water, an add to above turkey juices.
