Pumpkin Pecan Bundt Cake

Ingredients
- 1 18 oz spice cake mix
- 1 cup canned pumpkin
- 1/2 cup vegetable oil
- 3 eggs
- 1/2 cup water
- 1/3 cup whole pecans
- 1 small pkg instant vanilla pudding mix
- 1 tsp cinnamon
- 1 tsp butter flavoring
- Caramel Icing
- 1/3 cup brown sugar
- 1/4 cup butter
- 2-3 tablespoons milk

Preparation
Step 1
Preheat oven to 350 degrees.
Mix all cake ingredients except pecans; Mix for 5 minutes. Grease and flour bundt pan. Place pecans in bottom of pan and pour in batter. Bake for 40-50 minutes. Cool 10-15 minutes and invert on wire rack. Top with icing:
Bring sugar, butter and milk to boil. Boil for 2 minutes, stirring constantly.
