Ingredients

  • Frosting:
  • 2 cups Flour
  • 2 teaspoons Baking Powder
  • 1/2 teaspoon Salt
  • 2 teaspoons Cinnamon
  • 1 teaspoon Baking Soda
  • 4 Eggs
  • 2 cups Canned Pumpkin
  • 2 cups Sugar
  • 1 cup Oil
  • 8 oz. Cream Cheese
  • 1 stick Butter
  • 2 cups Powdered Sugar

Preparation

Step 1

Mix flour, baking powder, salt, cinnamon, and baking soda.

In separate bowl, beat together eggs, pumpkin, sugar, and oil.

Add to dry ingredients and mix well.

Pour into jelly roll pan (17 x 12).

Bake at 350 for 30 min.

Beating frosting ingredients well and spread over cooled bars.
