  • 2 baking potatoes, peeled
  • 1 large onion, peeled
  • 1 lb ground turkey
  • 2 egg whites
  • 2 tbs Worchestershire sauce
  • 2 tsp dried sage
  • 1 tsp salt
  • 1/2 tsp black pepper
  • 4 tsp olive oil

Preparation

Step 1

1 Grate the potato and onion into a large bowl. Add the turkey, egg whites, Worchestershire sauce, sage, salt and pepper. Mix well until combined. With damp hands, form the mixture into 16 patties

2. Heat 2 tsp of oil in large skillet and cook over medium heat. Cook until browned on both sides and cooked through, about 4 minutes on each side.
