Sweet Potato Casserole

Ingredients

• 40 oz sweet potatoes mashed
• 1 cup sugar
• 1/2 cup melted butter
• 2 eggs
• 1/2 cup milk
• 1 t vanilla
• topping 1/2 cup chopped pecans
• 1/2 cup brown sugar
• 2 T melted butter
• 3-5 T flour

Preparation

Step 1

1. mix ingredients with mixer and put in casserole dish.

2. mix toppings and sprinkle on top of potato.

3. bake at 350 degrees for 45 minutes, uncovered.
