Ingredients
- 1 cup flour
- 1 1/2 teaspoon baking powder
- 1 teaspoon baking soda
- 1/2 teaspoon salt
- 1 cup cornmeal
- 1 cup shredded sharp cheddar cheese
- 2 eggs
- 1 cup plain yogurt
- 1/4 cup vegetable oil
- 1 tablespoon liquid honey

Preparation
Step 1
Stir together flour, baking powder, baking soda & salt.
Mix in cornmeal and cheese.
In a separate bowl, beat together eggs, yogurt, oil and honey.
Stir egg mixture into flour mixture until blended.
Pour into greased 8-inch square cake pan.
Bake at 425 F for 20 to 25 minutes or until knife inserted in centre of pan comes out clean.
