Ingredients
- DRESSING:
- 2 pkgs. small or 1 large apricot jello
- 2 cups boiling water
- 2 3/4 cups cold water
- 1 #2 can drained, crushed pineapple
- 2 large bananas, cut up
- 1 cup small marshmallows
- 1/2 cup pineapple juice
- 1/2 cup sugar
- 1 egg slightly beaten
- 2 tbls. flour
- 2 tbls. butter
- 8 oz. pkg. cream cheese
- Dream Whip

Preparation
Step 1
Mix together jello, hot water, cold water, pineapple, bananas and marshmallows. Let this stand until firm.
Mix together pineapple juice, sugar, egg, flour and butter. Cook; when thick, remove from heat. Add cream cheese then cool. Add Dream Whip to mixture then spread on top of jello mixture.
