Ingredients
- 1/2 of 900 gm. pkg. fettucinne
- 1/3 cup softened butter
- 3/4 cup whipping cream, room temperature
- 3/4 cup freshly grated Parmesan cheese
- 1/8 tsp. white pepper
- pinch of nutmeg
- Freshly ground coarse black pepper

Step 1
Cook fettuccine according to package directions. Turn off the heat; drain well and return to pot.
Add the butter and, using plastic forks, TOSS to coat. Add 1/2 of the cream and TOSS. Add 1/2 the Parmesan and TOSS. Add remaining cream and TOSS. Add remaining Parmesan, white pepper and nutmeg and TOSS.
Grind on fresh black pepper and serve immediately.
