Ingredients

  • 2 cups crushed pretzels
  • 3 tsp + 3/4 cups sugar
  • 3/4 cup butter, melted
  • 2 pkgs. (3oz. each) orange jello
  • 2 cups boiling water
  • 2 cans 8 oz. each crushed pineapple, drained
  • 1 can 11 oz. mandarin oranges, drained
  • 1 pkg. 8 oz. cream cheese, softened
  • 2 cups whipped topping

Step 1

Combine pretzels and 3 tsp. sugar, stir in butter. Press into ungreased 13x9 baking dish. Bake 350 for 10 minutes
Dissolve jello in water. Add pineapples and oranges. Chill until partially set 30 minutes. Beat cream cheese and remaining sugar until smooth. Fold in whipped topping. Spread over crust. Gently spoon jello over cream cheese layer. Cover and refrigerate 2-4 hours until firm. Cut into squares. Top with topping.
